Both of these organizations--PCA and ACA--are interdisciplinary in nature and welcome all disciplines and scholars. In the sp irit of the American mid-west, we believe that every serious student of popular culture and American culture has the right to speak up and to be heard. Please join us at regional and national meetings. When you subscribe to our journals: you will receiv e _The Journal of Popular Culture_ or _The Journal of American and Comparative Culture_ or both, but you will also receive timely announcements and newsletters.
